Community Strategies and Environmental Impact Initiatives
▪ Support for Informal Waste Collectors
We have extended partnerships to informal junk shop operators and provided them with both
working capital and infrastructure support mechanisms, such as shredder machines,
mechanical conveyors, and generator sets. These resources enable them to pre-process
the waste they collect from malls, condos, and other sources and deliver it directly to the cement plant for
co-processing.

▪ Women Empowerment and Social Inclusion

In this community program, we have partnered with a women’s cooperative supported by the LGU of San Jose Del
Monte, Bulacan through their CENRO. The income generated from the purchase of these usable and durable eco bags provides additional
livelihood for these deserving women sewers

▪ Reduction of Non-Environment Friendly Packaging products as per Section 12.1 of the IRR of the EPR Law

▪ Refilling Stations
Community Strategies and Impact
▪ Tie-Up with Government and Private Companies in Coastal Clean-Up Drives such as on-going
inititatives being done by LLDA and Holcim Philippines

▪ Community Relations and Information and Education Campaigns
