1. During the line walk audit all the Required Docs was checked and found in adequate manner

2. Workmen were found using adequate personal protective equipment's at the working site

3 Knowledge of the standard Operating Procedure has been found in adequate manner.
4 Fire Fighting Room all pump was running in good condition.

1. During the line walk housekeeping of the store and rest room is not good
2. During line walk is was observed that housekeeping of the working area not found good.

Remarks:-Points mentioned in this line walk shall be reviewed and assessed in the next few days. The Agenda of the next Line walk shall be
the same if any change required Safety Officer is authorized to change the subject.
