Mục tiêu môn học
KNOWLEDGE
• The personality traits, styles, skills, ethics, and behaviorial
characteristic of a person with leadership potential.
• The missions and factors that contribute to the vision and success of a
good leader.
• Some tools for assessing one's strengths and those of a team, applied
to create a multicultural environment and ethical factors.
• How to discuss, analyze, and handle situations related to the
leadership skills of prominent leaders and one's own leadership skills.
• The development of a personal leadership profile.
SKILLS
• Identifying personal personality traits, accurately discovering
strengths and weaknesses in leadership skills.
• Developing essential leadership skills, such as motivation skills,
research and independent work skills, problem-solving and issue-
resolution skills, conflict resolution skills, decision-making abilities in
various work situations and in personnel management, and public
speaking skills.
• Building necessary skills for working in the 21st century, such as
critical thinking skills, teamwork skills, interpersonal communication
skills, and skills for analyzing and synthesizing information.
ATTITUDE
• Cultivating a correct and positive attitude, with a perspective that is
both multifaceted and holistic, yet simple and practical regarding
leadership skills.
• Understanding that the core of leadership skills lies in the ability to
lead and master oneself before leading others.
• Demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and cooperation in
team tasks, embracing the diversity and differences of team
members, and being ready to support them in achieving the team's
common goals.

Yêu cầu:
- Đọc kĩ nội dung của mỗi chương học (4-5 chương/quiz)
- Áp dụng kiến thức của mỗi chương để làm bài quiz
- Làm bài kiểm tra ngắn không sử dụng tài liệu trên lớp
Cấu trúc bài kiểm tra:
- 2 dạng bài: Trắc nghiệm MCQ và True/False
- 1 bài quiz gồm 50 câu làm trong 30’
- Tổng có 2 quizzes vào Tuần 6 và 13
CASE STUDY (25%)
Requirements for the Presentation Group (4-5 students):
• Carefully read the content of each chapter.
• Apply the knowledge from each required chapter and find a case study in
Vietnam for analysis and evaluation.
• Submit the preparation package to the instructor at least 3 days in advance.
• The content of the presentation should cover chapters 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12
(Week 12 is optional).
• The case studies will take place in Weeks 5 and 14.
Requirements for Students in the Class:
• Focus on listening to review knowledge and actively participate in discussions.
CASE STUDY (25%)
Yêu cầu cho nhóm thuyết trình (nhóm 4-5sv):
- Đọc kĩ nội dung của mỗi chương học
- Áp dụng kiến thức của mỗi chương được yêu cầu, tìm một
trường hợp điển hình ở Việt Nam để phân tích đánh giá
- Nộp preparation package trước cho giáo viên ít nhất 3 ngày.
- Nội dung bài theo nội dung chương: 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12 (Tuần
12 optional)
- Case study sẽ làm vào Tuần 5 và 14
Yêu cầu cho sinh viên trong lớp
- Tập trung nghe ôn tập lại kiến thức và tham gia thảo luận
một cách tích cực
CASE STUDY (25%)
Ss who are absent for MORE THAN TWO sessions (20%) of the
course are not eligible for the final grade.
