Employment Visa Process for

Saudi Arabia
Step 1: Demand from Employer via
eMigrate
• - Employer in Saudi Arabia registers the job
demand on the eMigrate system.
• - The recruitment agency verifies the demand
and receives approval from the Indian
authorities.
• - The demand includes job roles, required
qualifications, and number of workers needed.
Step 2: Wakala (Authorization Letter)
• - Employer in Saudi Arabia provides a Wakala
(authorization letter) to the recruitment
agency.
• - This document authorizes the agency to act
on behalf of the employer for visa processing.
Step 3: Interview and Selection
• - Recruitment agency organizes interviews
between the candidate and the employer.
• - Successful candidates are provided with offer
letters.
• - Candidates accept the offer and sign
contracts.
Step 4: GAMCA Medical Examination
• - Candidate undergoes a medical fitness test at
a Gulf Approved Medical Centers Association
(GAMCA) center.
