• Incase of general aviation, we fill
aircraft registration.

• ITEM 8: Type of flight
• For schedule – S

• To find the aircraft type code,
DOC 8643 is to be referred.

equipment and these are to be
filled in the desired coloumn.
• ITEM 13 :Departure aerodrome
• It is a four letter ICAO code for
Departure aerodrome.
• ITEM 13 : TIME
• It is the Estimated time of
Departure (ETD).
• ITEM 15 : Cruising Speed
• It’s the TAS which has to be filled
in the cruising speed column.
• ITEM 15 : LEVEL (FL) : In this
column we will fill the flight
levels and Altitude.
• Eg :F050, A040
• ITEM 15 : Route
• we include standard instrument
departures, airways , waypoints
and standard terminal arrival .
• In our case, we write

• ITEM 16 : Destination
Aerodrome
• it’s a four letter ICAO code for
destination aerodrome .
• ITEM 16 : Total EET
• Total Estimated Elapsed Time is
the total time from the
departure until we arrive over
head the destination .
• ITEM 18 : Other information
• we write the radial distance of
waypoint from FSG and
coordinates of waypoints i.e.,
latitude and longitude .
• ITEM 19:
• This section is primarily for
