Auto Oiling & Cleaning machine for ZF Shock tube

Functional Explanation:

1. This machine is specially designed for Cleaning of Tubes component.


2. The cleaning pump capacity is 400 LPM @ 3 bar pressure.
3. The RP oil storage tank capacity is 600 litres.
4. Machine has Single stage online filtration system, 100 micron.
5. Cleanser Tank level indicator/Controller is provided for defining tank high
level and low level which has been interfaced with the PLC.
6. Pressure gauge is provided for monitoring the system head pressure
which has been the range of 0-10b ar pressure.
7. Pressure switch is provided for pump safety. It has been interfaced with
the PLC; once the pump pressure goes above the setting level it
automatically cuts the pump power supply.

6. Cleanser – RP Oil (Rustilo - DWX 32)
7. Machine repeatability – Machine is intended for 24 Hrs continuous running,
with the proper periodic maintenance

Working Sequence:

1. LOADING: A set of components (12 Nos or even nos) equally loaded into the fixture through
manual loading, once loading completed two hand push button pressed and the door will be
closed.
2. Jet and Flood Washing: Once the door closed, the component loaded fixture will be rotated
slowly,Jet washing starts through the jet wash header @ 2 bar pressure, the components will
be jet washed & drained out in this operation, after time over, the drain valve assembly will be
closed, jet wash continued and the wash chamber will be full of RP oil, the component will be
submerged during this condition the effective flood wash carried out, then drain valve open,
RP oil drain out.
3. Excess Oil Removal: After drain out the fixture will be rotating at 700 Rpm, due to centrifugal
force the excess oil will be removed after time over the brake will apply after home
confirmation the top door will be opened and the components (Tubes) are ready for
unloading.
