This will assist me in identifying and mitigating risk associated with international
regulatory environment.

is the most profitable company within RenewAgra and lowest estimated growth over the next 12 months. Social – Managers have long-
standing relationships with local growers. Technology – Reporting is completed using excel spreadsheets. Legal – Legal framework
needs to satisfy US, Mexico, Brazil and India standards. Environmental – Crop yield is susceptible to changing weather patterns.

generates the second largest profit for RenewAgra and maintains the largest fleet of assets. Social – Use of petroleum-based vehicle is
strictly scrutinized. Technology – Reliant on 1980s acquired supply chain management (SCM) system to manage its fleet of vehicles.
Part of its overseas fleet is operated without GPS systems. Legal – Legal framework needs to satisfy US, Mexico, Brazil and India
standards. Environmental – Shipping is susceptible to changing weather patterns

Generates lowest revenue with the largest growth potential. Social – Data must be accessible by various language speakers.
Technology – Operates on full SAP S/4Hana suite, SAP Analytics on-premise solution, and an SAP Fiori UX. Legal - Legal framework
needs to satisfy US, Mexico, Brazil and India standards. Environmental – Reliant on continuous power generation and conductivity
