1. Identify the goal you want to achieve.
2. Identify the personal strengths that will help you to achieve it, and the
weaknesses that could prevent you.
3. Identify any opportunities that could enable you to achieve it
4. Identify challenges - external things and events that are worrying you, or
that might prevent you from either achieving your goals, or taking
advantage of the benefits.
5. Finally review and prioritize - Ask yourself:
 Is this recognizably me?
 Is there anything I have forgotten?
 Which areas are the most important in each of the four categories in
the analysis?
