Objective

• Facilitate and enhance the process of executing the task assigned to the cooperator.

• Improve the execution of task and understand the test protocol used in the project.

• Enhance the efficiency of avoiding incomplete tasks.

Main operation for Drive Test
• The main operations for performing drive tests or cluster tests on the PHU Smart are as
follows:

• This doesn’t mean manual test protocol can be configured.

Uniportal User

User Creation

STEP 1 Enter Uniportal URL.

STEP 2 Register new user

STEP 3 Share user name to Huawei Engineer to include it

in Genexcloud

NOTE: cooperator coordinator should create the user with controlled phone number for easy access and avoid loosing the
user.

Preparing for the Test

STEP 1 Obtain the software from Huawei Engineer.

STEP 2 Copy the PHU Smart apk to the SD card of a mobile phone.
STEP 3 Open the file manager on the mobile phone, touch the PHU Smart apk, and install the software as prompted

NOTE: After the software is installed for the first time, the PHU Smart automatically prompts you to update the software.
You can upgrade the software as required.

PHU first login:

STEP 1 Click PHU app.

STEP 2 Install Ueservice if prompted and touch Done.

STEP 3 Enter the login information and touch LOGIN.

STEP 4 Agree TERMS. Otherwise, the PHU cannot be

used.

NOTE: for Colombia use MexicoGDE server.

Optional configuration for PHU:

STEP 1 Touch the settings icon.

STEP 2 Enter the keywords app launch and click it.

STEP 3 disable the PHU Smart switch and enable the

Manage manually switches.

NOTE: this switches is to prevent the PHU close and run in background.

STEP 1 Touch the settings icon.

STEP 2 Enter the keywords Battery optimization and

click it.

STEP 3 Click on Not allowed and choose All apps.

STEP 4 Search for PHU Smart and select Don’t allow.

NOTE: this switch is to prevent the PHU close due to battery saving feature.

Project Selection:

STEP 1 Login PHU Smart first time.

STEP 2 After accepting the agreements the Project

window will prompt.

STEP 3 Select the Project that Huawei Engineer

confirms.

STEP 4 wait until Project download.
