A PESTLE analysis studies the key external factors (Political, Economic, Sociological,

Technological, Legal and Environmental) that influence an organization. It can be used in a range of
different scenarios, and can guide people professionals and senior managers in strategic decision-
making.

A FRANCHISE is an authority that is given by an organization to someone, allowing them to sell


its goods or services or to take part in an activity which the organization controls.

INTRAPRENEURS are individuals who are tasked with creating new and innovative products
within an already-established business. Backed by a company's available resources,
intrapreneurs develop open-ended ideas and turn them into real-world products and

CORPORATE ENTREPRENEUR - According to creation theory, a corporate entrepreneur is an


individual who conducts at least part of their creation activities at work using corporate
resources, people, and/ or time. Independent entrepreneurs are individuals who create
opportunities without any association to a company in the creation process.
CONCEPT - an idea or invention to help sell or publicize a commodity.
Bookkeeping is a subset of accounting and clerical in nature which involves the
following: Recording financial transactions. Posting credits and debits. Producing invoices.

Intrapreneurship is simply entrepreneurship in an existing organization. In many ways,


intrapreneurship is easier for an individual than entrepreneurship because it has the support
of an existing organization.
