Mang Inasal is a popular fast-food chain in the
Philippines, known for its Filipino -style grilled chicken
(Inasal) and unlimited rice meals. It started in 2003 in
Iloilo City and quickly grew due to its unique take on
traditional Filipino dishes. Mang Inasal is also famous for

l ong. They can si m pl y pick up their food
or get seated faster.
2. Walk-In Section : This side will be for
customers who come without
reservations. This way, the store can
serve both groups separately, reducing
waiting time for both.
With the online system, Mang Inasal can also set
time slots for when reservations are allowed . For
examp le, during b usy hours, the system can lim it
the numb er of reservations to avoid over whelming
the kitchen. By managing both sides, the restaur ant
can serve customers more effi ciently, ensur ing less
waiting and a b etter dining experience.
