What is goal setting?
•GOAL SETTING IS SETTING OBJECTIVES
YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE.

Example:

You want to become a doctor someday. To


achieve it, you must set a goal, such as
studying hard, getting good grades, and
passing the board exam.
Why it is important to
set a goal?
•Basically, this is important
because in setting a goal, it
includes planning, and by
planning, it helps to achieve
your goal successfully.
WHY SHOULD YOU SET A
GOAL AT A YOUNG AGE?
•In setting a goal, it is great to start at a young
age because along the way there's more
opportunity you can meet.

•At a young age, there's more change in your


goals because you were "young, but because
you start to set a goal at this age, you can
identify it or it can help you to achieve your goal
easily.

-Learn to budget your money: set
-As early as now, set a small, aside some money from your
unattainable milestone in life to allowance for your future.

STORY:
Before I became a life coach, I also became a
student who'd had a lot of ambitions in life. I
experience a lot of obstacles in life, we we're
just poor and hard to get daily needs. All the
things you've been experiencing now I
experienced it all: crammings, lots of
schoolwork, academic pressures, and mental
health challenges. Thus, because I set the goal,
work hard, and , I achieve what I've been
wanting for, and due to my experiences, I can
also express/teach all the things I've known to
SMART GOAL FRAMEWORK:
Specific: I will share all the things I've known and allowed to be a
speaker on a talk about goal setting.

Measurable: I will conduct a talk once a year for grade 12 students.

Achievable: I will use my experiences in life, along with some


research, as additional learning.

Relevant: This goal is in line with my goal as a life coach to give


the students some advice and teach them.

Time-bound: I will do this until I can
