This shows objects that you have recently opened. This
section is divided by “Dashboards” and “Other” objects.
Most Popular:
Contains objects that you or any member of shared

Basic Search:

• If you ever send the Analysis XML to someone else, make sure
you copy it into a plain text file (e.g. Notepad) rather than
pasting it directly into an email body.

My Folders
• Only the individual user has access to their “My Folders”
area. Note that even a Presentation Services Administrator
cannot view someone else’s “My Folders” area from with the
BI front-end (unless explicit permission is granted)
Shared Folders
• The shared area containing folders with various access
permissions
• Shared folders are sometimes created for each Power
User, so that they can easily build and share their BI
Dashboards/Reports with other users

• In the Custom access you can define the permission to grant.
