JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: CASHIER II. Job Analysis
Main Responsibilities:
• Process customer payments accurately, including cash, card, and digital transactions
for groceries, pharmacy products, and services like bills payment and e-loads.
• Operate the cash register, ensuring accuracy in ringing up purchases and providing
correct change.
• Handle remittance services such as cash-in and padala transactions, ensuring
compliance with company protocols.
• Assist customers with ATM-related services, including cash withdrawals and inquiries.
• Reconcile daily cash transactions, prepare end-of-day financial reports, and identify
and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
in a professional manner.
• Promote the store’s additional services, such as travel bookings and insurance
products, to customers.
• Ensure proper handling and security of cash, cards, and receipts during the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
