Quick Setup Guide

ewport e360 Ventilator is a high performance ventilator that can provide Invasive & Non-Invasive ventilatory support and monitoring for Infant, Pediatric & Adult Patient.
ith a simple to use interface and a touchscreen graphics monitor. This Quick Setup Guide makes it more easy to use & maintain.

Install the Breathing Circuit System. Perform a Circuit Check.


Connect High Pressure Air & Toggle the power switch located on the back of

Perform the following maintenance before each use or after


continuous use of two weeks:
• Perform Circuit Check. Check the breathing system leakage.
a. It requires that e360 be connected to a compressed air gas source.
b. Cap off/occlude the patient connection of the circuit (don’t use a test lung).
c. When the Circuit Check is successfully completed, the screen will show
“Passed” and Compl Comp,
Insp and Exp Resistance values will be displayed.
d. Insp and Exp Resistance values will be displayed.
e. If the Circuit Check is not successful, the screen will show “Failed”.
i. Confirm the integrity and tightness of connections for all breathing
circuit components such as tubing, filters and humidifier chamber, as
well as the exhalation valve components and repeat the test.
ii. Contact your service provider if problem persist.
Perform the following maintenance several times a day or as
necessary:
• Check the breathing tubes and water traps for water build-up. Empty
water build-up if there is.
• Inspect the parts for damage. Replace as necessary.

Perform the following maintenance everyday or as necessary:


• Clean the external surface of the ventilator.
• Perform an Exhalation Flow Sensor & Oxygen Sensor Calibration.
Anytime there are suspected volume/monitoring inaccuracies.
a. Touch the Sensor button and then touch the Flow Sensor
button.
b. Touch Calibrate to start the calibration procedure.
c. Upon successful calibration, touch Exit.
i. If the calibration fails or shows an error message, the
sensor may need to be replaced.
d. Touch the Sensors button and then touch the O2 Sensor
button to initiate the automatic calibration.
i. If the calibration fails or shows an error message, the
sensor may need to be replaced.

A. Plimit - for Peak Inspiratory Pressure Value
B. PEEP/CPAP - for Positive End Expiratory Pressure
(PEEP) or Continuous Positive Airway Pressure
(CPAP) Value
C. FiO2 - for Oxygen Concentration Value
D. V̇ & ti - for Flow or Inspiratory Time Value
E. f - for Respiratory Frequency Value
F. V̇ & P - for Flow or Pressure Trigger Sensitivity
Rotate the Adjustment Knob to set desired parameter values.
