MINI REFRIGERATOR
The peltier refrigerator is equipped with on/off constructed a
“Compressor Less Peltier Refrigerator” with an interior
cooling volume of 3.45cubic control which was found to be
adequate to meet the required precision +/- 15 degree
Celsius put forth in the project requirements.
One litre of water was placed inside the cooler to test the
performance of the device. We tested the maximum
performance of the device by cooling a sample down to -5
degree Celsius. Temperature control was also tested by
cooling one litre of water from room temperature down to -5
degrees Celsius. On/off control was found to give adequate
performance and we met or exceed all of our project
requirements set forth in the fall semester.

SOLAR & BLUETOOTH ARDINO CAR

This study helps to develop Bluetooth controlled robot using

Arduino. That can be used to reduce the usage of diesel
vehicles and protects the atmosphere by not releasing smoke
and other toxic gases like oxygen, carbon monoxide. This
project helps in saving the energy resources like coal. It is
also helps in creating Low range Mobile Surveillance
Devices and contains enormous features that can be used in
Military Applications (no human intervention) and we can
create Assistive devices (like wheelchairs), develop Home
automation without any human touch.
DRONE

A drone is a kind of aircraft. A drone is also known as an

unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). A drone is “unmanned”
because it does not need a pilot on board to fly it. A person on
the ground flies a drone. Some drones are guided by a remote
control. Others are guided by computers. Some are flown by
people thousands of miles away. Drones are available in
different sizes and shapes. Many have cameras that take
pictures or record video. The U.S. military has used drones
since the mid-1990s. Since early 2013, many people have
started flying drones for fun. So many people own drones that
the government had to create rules for flying them.

ABSTRACT
Fire can occur in a variety of ways and in any room of your home. In the fire accidents,
smoke and deadly gases tend to spread farther and faster than heat. That is the one
reason, why most fire victims die from inhalation of smoke and toxic gases, not from
burns. A majority of fatal fires happen when families are asleep because occupants are
unaware of the fire until there is not adequate time to escape.

A smoke alarm stands guard around the clock, and when it first senses smoke,
it sounds a shrill alarm. By using PCB, the whole circuit is designed. Here, a LM 35
temperature sensor and IR pairs are used to make Smoke cum Fire detector.
Comparator is used to adjust the sensitivity of detector.
.

INTRODUCTION
• Smoke detectors are very useful in detecting smoke or fire in buildings.

• In many homes there occur accident due to gas leakage in the kitchens ,this
project can be used to minimize this occurrence.

• The National Fire Protection Association reports that 66% of fire deads
happened in homes with no proper smoke detectors.

• We can also furtherly built it by using Arduino uno software ,which not
only sense smoke but also detect the level of smoke in the air.
SMOKE DETECTOR

In this project , we are going to build a simple smoke detector circuit which
triggers the buzzer whenever it detects smoke or fire.

TOOLS USED

LM358 OP-Amp IR Pairs LM35 Temperature

Sensor
10K Pot BC548 Transistor 7805-Regulator
12 Volt Buzzer LED Connecting
Wires
PCB Board Resistors
(1KΏ,2.2KΏ)
METHODOLOGY
As shown in the circuit diagram , we will use IR pairs as well as LM 35
Temperature sensor to make Smoke detector & Fire detector.
LM358 will be used as comparator , it we will connect 10K Pot to adjust the
sensitivity of the detector.
We will adjust 700mV at the Pin no. 6 of Op-amp to detect the fire , similarly
adjust 6V at the pin 2 of Op-amp.
We need to test the output at Pin no. 1 of OP-amp and according to that need
to adjust the reference voltage at Pin no. 2 with the help of Pot.
Two Transistors are connected in parallels to activates the alarm whenever
smoke or fire detects.
ADVANTAGES
Provides early fire warning .
Sensitive to slow burning, smouldering fires.
Simple and efficient.
Less complex circuitry.
APPLICATIONS
Industry (production environments and offices).
Commercial activities.
Public and private buildings.
Hospitals, Institutions etc…
