The concept of charisma:
A Greek term derived from the word grace, meaning
extraordinary qualities and talents, and has multiple meanings,
including creativity and the ability to study and analyze ideas.
Leadership and management are two different things as a leader
requires focus which includes behaviors as well as charisma.

DEFINITION OF LEADERSHIP
There have been many definitions of leadership, both on
the foreign and Arab level.
Ted defined it as "the ability to influence people to suffer to
achieve a desired goal.“
Mahmoud Saad defined it as "a process concerned with
influencing the activity of the group, directing it towards the
goal, and striving to achieve the goal."
So, leadership is the leader's role in influencing and
directing individuals to achieve a specific goal or a
MANAGEMENT DEFINITION:
There have been many definitions of management, perhaps
the most important of which is Frederick's definition as "to
know exactly what you want and then make sure that
individuals perform it efficiently and effectively", and when
many intellectual and scientific schools appeared, they
provided many definitions and indicated that management:

-Management is the science, art and organization of resources
to achieve desired goals.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

Leadership is not management and management is not leadership, as the


rule states that not every manager is a leader and not every leader is a
manager, in order to distinguish between leadership and management, we
can say that leaders are the ones who create and change cultures, while
managers live within it. The differences between leadership and management
are as follows:
-The leader thinks, sets the vision, and motivates the energies, while the
manager plans and implements.
-The leader focuses on predicting the future of the organization while the
manager implements the objectives.
-The leader sets down a strategy for achieving the goals while the

THE IMPORTANCE OF LEADERSHIP:
Leadership is a social phenomenon that man has known since the
beginning of creation, and it has become an essential necessity for
any group, organization or society. It is very rare to find an
organization without a leader or a society without a leader. Where
leadership is one of the most effective and powerful guidance tools in
the field of work and helps to solve many problems and tasks in the
work environment, as institutions that lack sound leadership cannot
succeed in performing their work and tasks as required.

Effective and successful leadership in society in general and
organizations is a multi-dimensional process that includes many factors,

STYLE DEFINITION:

The style means the repeated behavior of a person,


meaning that the leader’s style is the repeated
behavior of him over a long period of time through his
experiences, education and training.
CLASSIFICATIONS OF LEADERSHIP
STYLES:
With the passage of time and the historical development of leadership, many
classifications emerged that illustrate leadership styles, including the following: The
first classification:

According to the personality type and includes:


Dictatorship: that is, the oppressive leader who alone takes power
without advice and collective mutual dialogue between him and his
assistants, and always seeks to attribute success to him and reduces
the efforts of workers.
Bureaucracy: that the assistants carry out the work according to the
