Definition: Computer Software is a set of data and instructions


for solving a specific problem in a computer system.
There are two types of Computer software. And they are:
1.System Software:
 Designed to run a computer's hardware and application
programs
 Example – Operating System
2.Application Software:
 designed to perform a group of coordinated functions,
tasks, or activities for the benefit of the user.
 Example: Microsoft Word, Ritamvara School Apps, etc.
