@Mooring
a) Mooring of the vessel in accordance with Port Authority and relevant with information is contained in the port information
hand book.
c) Provide an efficient and safe gangway, if not provide by harbour Authority, and ensure that during the hours of darkness
the gangway is adequately lighted.
d) Provide and rig towing wires of 50 tonne minimum breaking strength (Approximate 32 mm
diameter) secured to the offshore bow and quarter with the towing eyes maintained just AWL.
In order that’s sufficient wire can be paid out to enable the tug to tow
effectively enough slack shall be flack out on a clear deck and
secured from running free by a ropeyarn or other easily broken
means.
