2. Analyze the reasons for the low quarterly growth rate in Store 14 and develop a plan to improve
performance.
3. Investigate the factors driving the high quarterly growth rate in Store 7 and develop strategies to
replicate the success across other stores.
4. Continuously monitor the growth trends across all stores and proactively identify any stores that are
underperforming, allowing Walmart to take timely corrective actions.
5. Leverage the insights on holiday sales patterns to optimize inventory and marketing strategies for the
holiday season.
6. Develop a more accurate demand forecasting model to avoid stock-outs and improve customer
