Introduction

 A simple Employee Management Application project is a flask- python based application


that offers user-friendly platform to manage the employee Information easily such as
employee name , salary , designation , department Etc. this project demonstrates an
application of software development principles and python programing concepts. This aim
to provide the easy way to manage the employee information in company for the admin
Methodology

 Begin by defining the project's scope, objectives, and key features. Determine the target
audience and their requirements for accessing Employee Management information. Identify
the technologies and frameworks to be used in development and establish a timeline for
project completion
 Designed the user interface (UI) with a focus on intuitiveness and ease of use. Create input
fields for users to admin their name or select designation from a list. Design buttons for
initiating Employee adding and areas for displaying Employee information . Use responsive
design principles to ensure compatibility across different devices and screen sizes.
 Implemented necessary functionalities to display the necessary information about the
employee ensuring the database is working properly.
 Conducted the testing to verify the functionalities and performance of application ensuring
that it meets specified requirements.
 Prepared a detailed micro-project report , outlining the objectivise , methodologies ,challenges
and outcomes of Simple Employee Management Application.
Outcomes

 Develop the python project to demonstrate the use of operators .


 Perform operations on data structures in python.
 Develop functions for given problem.
 Design classes for given problem.
 Handle exceptions.
