PROJECT DELIVERABLES ON NEW INSTALLATION

1. Delivery of Elevators - 2 weeks after payment is done

2. Installation Services: The timeframe depends on the number of elevators and building type. Installation services consist of
the following.
• Complete system installation
• Testing and commissioning
• Safety certification
• Training for operation and basic maintenance

3. Maintenance Package: We offer maintenance service every 2-3 months. We offer free 5-year maintenance service to
elevators gotten from us. Our maintenance package includes the following
• Regularly scheduled inspections
• Preventive maintenance
• Emergency response service
• Performance monitoring

Upon completion of the project, Nexco Group will provide a detailed assessment report outlining the condition of the existing
systems and the improvements made or the new elevator installed.

and minimize downtime. Elevators purchased from us receives up to 5
years free maintenance schedules, which are carried every 2- 3 month as
the needs requires.

WARANTY
Nexco Group provides warranty coverage for both parts and labor,
ensuring clients receive continued support and reliable service.

We have a one-year warranty on all our elevators and escalators. The

specific terms and conditions for a warranty coverage to be giving is
limited to factory errors, software malfunctions. Please note that we do
not cover for any damage caused by physical and natural disasters. You
