Self Control – Step-1

• The ability to keep a calm mind under any kind of


circumstances is
Self Control
Suppose you see someone breaking a rule – if you get
angry, you are only making yourself miserable. Instead,
keep the mind calm and steady. If need be, educate the
other person about their mistake. And if they are not
willing to understand, then ignore it and move on
Sense Control – Step-2

• The ability to Control all the senses to one direction


is
Sense Control
The distinction between an animal and a man is that
the animal cannot control himself and has no sense of
decency, whereas the human being has the sense of
decency and can control himself.
Patience – Step-3

• To maintain a balance and be able to bear it when


undesired situation arise.
Patience
Improve the capacity to accept or tolerate delay,
Problems or Sufferings without becoming annoyed or
anxious
Faith – Step-4

• Faith is always in something that you do not know,


yet you feel a sense of connectivity to that unknown
Faith
• Complete Confidence or trust in some one or some
thing
STOP – Step-5

• STOP is to stop doing thing without enthusiasm in


whatever you do

Promise – Step-6

• Create Positive vibrations that everyone else would


love to have
