What is a Kanban Board?

• 3. Swimlanes: Categorize different work streams.
• 4. Work In Progress (WIP) Limits: Control workflow
efficiency.
• 5. Done Column: Represents completed tasks.
Types of Work Items in Kanban
• • Features: New functionalities to be added.
• • User Stories: Small, valuable increments of work.
• • Bugs: Issues that need fixing.
• • Tasks: Individual pieces of work required for
completion.
