User Onboarding Notification
Log in with your registered mobile number shared to Corporate for Zinger Card Onboarding and click on
'Send OTP'. The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Once OTP verification is completed, the
user will land on the home page.
Proceed to the 'Zaggle Cards' section, where the user will receive a popup to complete the Min KYC and Card
Complete the Min KYC & Card Activation
Once the user clicks on "Min KYC & Card Activation", they must complete the required details as part of the Min KYC journey.
The user must fill in the following details: First Name, Last Name, Select Address Proof Document Type, Address Proof
Document Number (OVD), Gender, and Date of Birth (DOB).
Do not enter any special characters including space in the address proof document no.
The user should also select the checkbox for consent and click on “Send OTP". The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile
OTP verification for Card Activation
Users who have completed the Minimum KYC will receive a popup prompting them to book the appointment as shown above
screen.
If the user selects the "proceed" button, they will be prompted to continue with the booking process. However, if the user clicks
on the "skip" button, the popup won't appear again. To book the appointment, they should go to the Full KYC Biometric Status
section as shown above.
Appointment Request
Once the user clicks on the "Proceed" button, they have to fill out the form to book the appointment.
This form includes fields for First Name, Last Name, Registered Mobile Number, Alternative Mobile Number (optional),
Address, Nearest Landmark, District, State, Pin code, Availability Date Slot-1,2,3, and Availability Time Slot-1,2,3.
Appointment Request_Slot booking
After filling in all the required details, the user has to submit the form by clicking on the "Submit" button. If the user
selects more than one same slots, it won’t allow. Slot dates should be unique, as shown on the screen above.
Once all the details are submitted, the appointment request will be placed, and an appointment ID will be created.
Update Appointment Details
Users can update the appointment details such as Name, Availability slots, etc., by clicking on Full KYC Biometric Status.
User is allowed to update the appointment when appointment status is pending . After modifying or verifying all details,
click on the "Update" button.
If the appointment status is mapped then he cannot update or Cancel the appointment.
Cancel Appointment
After booking the appointment, if a user is unavailable or for any other reasons, they can cancel the appointment by
navigating to the Full KYC Biometric Status section.
Only when the appointment status is pending, the user is allowed to cancel the appointment.
Appointment Validation_ Vendor Mapped Case
Select the IndusInd Zinger Multiwallet to access the card details and card management.Card details has
secured by MPIN.
Once you clink on “Show card details toggle”, a page to create MPIN will appear
Enter MPIN, answer to the security questions and click on “submit" button to create MPIN.
After successful creation of MPIN, User will get the popup for secure access to allow. Zaggle App would like to

Card Details section is secured by MPIN, Enter MPIN which you created, once giving
MPIN you can see the card details section. The transactions and wallet balance will be
visible.
Request Statement Over E-Mail
Follow the above steps to get your transaction statement on your registered e-mail ID.
Select the number of months click on “Send over email”, a password protected PDF will be sent to your
registered e-mail ID along with the details to access the file.
Download Statement In Mobile Device
If you want to download statement in mobile device itself, then click on “Download” button, a password
protected PDF file will get downloaded in your device.
Please follow the instruction shared in the pop message to access the PDF file.
Card Settings
Select Set IPIN under settings section, Enter New Pin & Confirm New Pin as per mentioned guidelines on above
screen and click on “Set IPIN” button then OTP sent to registered mobile no, enter OTP and click on “Confirm”
to update the IPIN successfully. For Online/ ECOM transaction IPIN is required.
Set POS PIN
User can change or set POS PIN through settings. POS PIN is required for Offline/POS Transaction
transaction .
Lock Card
User can lock the card temporarily through settings. Enter the reason for locking the card and click on “LOCK
CARD” option then OTP sent to registered mobile no. and enter OTP click on “Confirm” button to lock the card
temporarily.
Unlock Card
User can unlock the card through settings. Enter the reason for locking the card and click on “UNLOCK CARD”
option then OTP sent to registered mobile no. and enter OTP click on “Confirm” button to unlock the card
successfully.
Block Card
User can block the card permanently through settings. Enter the reason for blocking the card and click on
“BLOCK CARD” option then OTP sent to registered mobile no. and enter OTP click on “Confirm” button, card will
block permanently, if user want to unblock the card, please contact [email protected].
Manage Card Usage
User can change per-transaction limits in the Manage card usage section under settings. There are a total
of four types of transactions for which the user can change the limit.
Channel wise limits
User can drag the cursor and change the limit per transaction within a given range. The toggle button can
be used to enable or disable the transaction. Click on the UPDATE button, and the settings will get updated.
Wallet Lock/Unlock
Most exiting feature wallet lock/unlock, user can lock/unlock the desire wallets just click on the toggle. Once
user lock the wallet, transactions will not go through the locked wallet. To enable the transactions user can
unlock the wallet.
