 Tables should only be relevant to the specific


problems of the study.
 The analysis of the data should be objective.

 In presenting and analyzing multiple data choose


and focus to the following : Highest value, highest
and lowest value , highest ,mid and lowest value.
 Point out the relevance with the theory used in
the study.

 The chapter is organized and divided into several


main components or topics, each of which is
labeled according to the statement of the
problem.
 Present only relevant data. and use the sequence
of the SOP in presenting the tables.

further discuss the content of tables.
