GOAL
S
Our own goals, while do this
thing are for a knowledge for us,
and for work and hobby
purposes too.
Tools
• Power Supply (PSU): That is a device that converts electric current from a power source
into the correct voltage and current for a device. It’s a vital component that ensures a
device receives stable power. Power Supply is as like Heart on Human Organs.

• Central Processing Unit [CPU]: The function is to run the Operating System and
Application on computer devices. This part is called the brain of computer, cause it’s
responsible for all the task and computer perform.

• Graphic Card / Graphic Processing Unit [GPU]: The graphics card functions to process
and display images on the computer screen. Graphics cards are also known as VGA cards,
GPUs (Graphics Processing Units), or graphics adapters. Graphics cards play an
important role in the visual experience of a computer, such as: Gaming, Image
processing, Video playback, Graphic design, Photo and video editing.

• Random Access Memory (RAM): The functions to store temporary data needed by the
computer to run programs.
Tools
• Motherboard: A circuit board that functions as a center connecting computer components. A
motherboard has various functions, including providing a place for computer components,
such as CPU, RAM, and graphics card, locking computer components so they can work
together. Motherboard has a many variant size, like ITX, Micro-ATX and Mini ATX.

• Casing PC: The PC casing functions to protect the computer's internal components from
damage. The casing also functions as a place to store computer components, such as the
motherboard, processor, hard disk and power supply.

• Internal Storage: Is the built-in memory of a device that stores essential data like the
operating system, apps, and user files. It's also known as storage drives.
There is Types of internal storage :
 Solid state drives (SSDs): Use flash memory to provide high performance storage. SSDs are
faster but more expensive than hard disk drives (HDDs).
 Hard disk drives (HDDs): Use spinning disks to provide cost-effective storage.

• SATA Cable: Is a cable that connects a computer's motherboard to storage devices. SATA
cables are used to transmit data between the storage device and the computer.
Tools
• CPU cooler and Fan Casing: Is a device that removes heat from a computer's CPU and
other components. It improves the system's stability and efficiency by lowering the
CPU's temperature.

• HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface): Is a digital interface standard

developed for connecting devices such as computers, game consoles, and Blu-ray
players to monitors or TVs.

• I/O (Input / Output Shield: Is a component used in Computers to protect and organize
Input/Output connections on the Motherboard.

• ScrewDriver: Is a Verstalie tool used for various tasks, primarily for driving screws.

• Bolt: Type of fastener used to join two or more parts together to get the stability.
Tools
• Thermal Paste: Thermal Paste, also known as Thermal Interface Material (TIM), is a
semi-liquid substance used to fill microscopic gaps and imperfections between two
surfaces, typically between a CPU/GPU and a heatsink. Its primary function is to
enhance heat transfer and reduce thermal resistance, allowing for efficient cooling and
optimal performance of electronic components.

• Monitor: A monitor is a computer hardware device that serves as a visual output

device to display graphical, text, and image information from a computer.

TERMS ON
COMPUTER
COMPONENTS
In the world of computer industry, there are many terms in
computers that are in the form of codes in the names of certain
components.

For example, in the CPU component. Generally, there are two

companies that are strong competitors, namely AMD and Intel.
Here are the codes for two types of processors from both
companies.
TERMS ON
COMPUTER
COMPONENTS
Intel Company: (Example of the Models: Intel Core I7-13700K)
• Intel Core: This is the brand of the processor from Intel.
• i7: This indicates the series of the processor. Generally, the higher the number after the letter "i," the higher
the performance. For example, i9 is higher than i7.
• 13: This is the generation of the processor. The larger the generation number, the newer the technology used,
and it is usually more efficient.
• 700: This is the specific model number for that processor.
• K: This is a suffix that indicates that the processor is unlocked, meaning its speed can be increased
(overclocked).
In general, the suffixes commonly found on Intel processors are:
• K: Unlocked, can be overclocked.
• F: Does not have integrated graphics, requires a separate graphics card.
• S: Special edition.
• T: Designed for low power consumption.

COMPUTER
COMPONENTS
AMD Company: (Example of the Models: Intel Core I7-13700K)
Just like Intel, the names of AMD CPU series also contain a lot of important information about the performance and features
of the processor. Let’s take the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X as an example.
• AMD Ryzen: This is the brand of the processor from AMD.
• Ryzen 7: This indicates the series of the processor. Similar to Intel, the higher the number, the generally higher the
performance.
• 5: This indicates the generation of the processor. The larger the generation number, the newer the technology used, and
it is usually more efficient.
800: This is the specific model number for that processor.
X: This is a suffix that indicates that the processor has high performance and is usually aimed at users who need maximum
performance, such as for gaming or video editing.
:
U: Ultra Low Power, suitable for thin and light laptops. In general, the suffixes commonly found on AMD processors
are
H: High Performance, typically high performance for laptops.
X: Extreme Performance, extreme performance for desktops.
G: With integrated graphics.
T: Designed for low power consumption.
Difference from Intel Naming, the generation number is usually at the beginning, in AMD, the generation number often
