Aim & Objective
Aim
The aim of the project is to build a object detection based garbage pickup robot with raspberry pi.
Objective
To build the garbage picking robot which detect the garbage accurately and autonomously by using a object detection.
To construct the robot that can clean garbage on the ground in places like parks or schools efficiently and autonomously.
To create a fully autonomous system to reduce the need for manual garbage collection labor and to enhance environmental
cleanliness.
To construct a system that can be adapted to outdoor environments (e.g., parks, schoolyards) and handle varying garbage types,
including bottles, plastic bags, cartons, and waste paper.
To construct a system that surpass traditional vacuum and random cleaning robots in terms of adaptability, efficiency making it a
practical solution for outdoor environments.

Applied Fields
At Public Parks and Recreational Areas for automated cleaning of large grassy areas, reducing manual labor and ensuring
consistent cleanliness.
At School and University Campuses for helping a clean area and safe learning environment.
At Sports Fields and Stadiums that keeps grassy sports grounds and stadium surroundings clean to reduces downtime between
cleaning and event preparation.
Where Tourist Attractions and Heritage Sites (e.g. Bagan, beaches…) ,the robot preserve the aesthetic appeal of location and
views.
At Agricultural Fields and Farms for collection waste materials like plastic, bottles or leftover packaging from farming activities.
At Smart city for urban waste management and smart urban planning.
