1 Literature Preparation
The Literature Committee will prepare and print updated
literature about the university. This literature will be distributed
to attendees during the convocation ceremony.

2 Literature Distribution
The committee will arrange for the distribution of the literature
at the convocation dias and audience. They will also ensure
that sufficient copies are available for the Registrar's records.

3 Address Preparation
The committee will prepare the addresses of the Chief Guest,
the Governor, the Vice-Chancellor, and other dignitaries on the
dais.
