What is our role & what work we
have to do?
It’s quite simple..

We are the reservation desk.


When we will receive the
booking from the client side,
we simply have to make the
booking in our tool.

Zoho is the
tool where we
receive the
tickets.

Cabman is the
tool where we
enter the
booking
We can also modify &
cancel the booking
through cabman
We use cabman to
check the status of
the booking too

Tickets that are not assigned to anyone yet
Tickets on hold by bot
If you’ll click on ‘Agent Queue’, you can check
how much tickets each agent have in their folder
at a time

an
1. New Booking
New booking is used to create the
bookings in cabman
First we have to select the
‘Entity Name’ under which the
booking has to be made
Then we have to select the booker. In some
cases booker and passenger are same. If
booker’s ID is not created then we have to
create the ID by clicking on + sign
Then enter the date & date which
is requested by the client side.
Time has to be enter in 24 hours
format

Select the vehicle group and


vehicle type requested by client.
If customer has not mentioned
the vehicle type, in that case we
select Swift Dzire
Select the package type
according to the type of
transfer requested by client.
Enter the pickup location
where the cab is required
by the client
Enter the location where
customer requested for
drop
Mention the flight details
in case of Airport pickup

There are two payment types.


One is Bill to company and 2nd
is Credit Card(CC).
In 90% cases payment type is
BTC & in other 10% cases
billing will be done under CC.
2. Confirm booking

When the booking is not yet confirmed by


the team, in that case we can
reject(cancel) and also modify the booking
by going on confirm booking.
3. Modify booking

When the booking is confirmed by the


team, in that case we can modify the
booking by going on modify booking.

We can not modify the Guest Name, Entity Name, City


and Payment mode once the booking is created in
cabman
4. Cancel booking
If we receive the cancellation mail from
Client Side and the booking is confirmed
by the team, in that case we can cancel the
booking by going on cancel booking

Right click on cancel, Select the reason and tap on cancel
