ROLE OF PARENTS
How can Parents help the children?
❖ Ensure that the children attend school regularly. Attendance requirement of grade
X is mandatorily 75%
❖ Check on the child’s HA completion and other submissions
❖ Ensure that the child is not absent for assessments. In case the child is unwell, do
not send the child for Examination only. If the child leaves immediately after exam
on a full day school, then the marks will not be considered for the report. Provision
of retest or averaging the marks shall be communicated depending on the
situation.
❖ Check that the child comes to school in proper uniform, checking on haircut, nails
and ensuring that the child turns up neatly to school.
❖ Wearing the ID card is mandatory.
ROLE OF PARENTS
❖ Have informal communication with your child daily, just chat and let them feel free to express themselves
to you without fear of judgment
❖ Attend all the Open House meetings and help your ward work on the feedback given by the teachers
❖ Check ERP everyday and revert personally to faculty and school staff. Handing over ERP management to
students is not acceptable.
❖ Parents to note that internal marks will be given only if students attend and submit the asked work on time
as we do not believe in giving marks to undeserving students.
❖ Less than 40% marks in subject or any exam will translate to a retest and natural progression to the
boards cannot be guaranteed.
❖ Mobile phone usage is not permissible for grade 9 & 10. No student should carry mobile phones to
school. In case of an emergency where the students need to carry the phone in a day, handwritten
application from Parent should be submitted to their CT one day prior. If any phone is found in
possession of child without such intimation then it shall be confiscated and handed over to the Principal
❖ A stressed parent will lead to an under confident stressed student. Therefore, be calm and supportive.
SCHOOL UNIFORM
Uniform Guidelines
Students must wear their uniform as per their
schedule.
Sports uniform is mandatory for all sports and performing arts related
activities unless specified otherwise.
UNIFORM SCHEDULE

FORMAL SCHOOL UNIFORM SPORTS UNIFORM

(Waistcoat mandatory for girls) (TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY)
(MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY)
If the uniform does not comply with the requirements, then the parent will be asked to purchase a new one. Please check the size chart carefully
before purchasing uniforms. The uniform for girls has changed to trousers. However if the parents have recently purchased it or if the skirt is in good
condition then they can continue to send their wards wearing the same. Any new purchase will have to be the trouser.
