Chief Complaint
Blurred Vision on the Right Eye
History of Present Illness
3 Years BDOV
• Patient had blurred vision on the right eye slowly.
• Pain (-) Redness (-) Floaters (-) Light flashes (-)
• Patients never complain of lost vision suddenly before.
• Patient referred to Retina Subdivison in Sardjito Hospital for examination and management

6 Months DOV
• Patient just realized her blurred vision was getting worse.
• No pain or redness
• Floaters (-) Light flashes (-) Headache (-)
• He referred to District Hospital to renew the spectacles.
