Perform this test on machine.
Purpose: To test EGR valve operation. 0% is fully closed, 100 % is fully opened.
24
25
Perform this test on machine.
Purpose: to test Throttle valve functioning. 0% is fully opened, 100 % is closed.
Perform function test of Boost pressure sensor:
1. Key Switch: ON, Engine not running
2. Activate Throttle valve Test
3. Start engine
4. Monitor Boost Pressure Sensor value (machine monitor)
5. Boost Pressure Sensor value should lower to approximately 0,5 Bar
during Throttle valve Test
26
27
Perform this test on machine. Injector will be stopped for 20 seconds
Purpose: to test working of injector

example
Input IQA code: When installing a new injector write new injector IQA code above
31
mm3/stroke
offset range
ZFL* reset: this will reset the pre-injection volume offset to 0. This is required after
replacing injectors. Perform when engine is not running.
Purpose: Compensation of wear in injectors after many operating hours
(If you don’t do this, it will take a long time before the correct offset is determined
automatically)
