Staircases and
Landings
• Pre-cast concrete staircases are suitable for virtually any
situation in masonry, steel or concrete structures.
Stairs and landings are
available in a range of
standard arrangements.
Alternatively they can be
tailor-made to meet the exact
requirements of the
application.

All staircases and landings are produced to order and can be
manufactured in advance of requirement and held in storage ready for
delivery to site precisely when needed.
Precast winding staircase
• Available in L or U shaped configurations, including
winders at each turn. This type of stair eliminates the
need for half landings.
It can be easily installed as the building progresses using adjustable
support brackets which are located in pre-designed openings in the
stairwell.

combination with
Hanson pre-cast floors at
upper levels.
