MANAGEMENT THEORY
The management theory is sometimes called as transactional leadership, and focuses on supervision,
organization, and group performance. This leadership styles is a system of reward and punishment and this
leadership is regularly used in business, when employees do something successful manager reward them. When
they fail, they might get punished. The management leadership style can be extremely effective positive
reinforcement is known for working wonders with employees, encouraging and motivating them to succeed.
PARTICIPATIVE THEORY
Participative leadership isn’t as common in the corporate world sometimes called as democratic leadership,
this theory suggest that employees be directly involved in decision making in their organization. The leader
simply facilitates a conversation and then take all the suggestion , and comes up with the best possible action.
TRAIT THEORY
• Ralph M. Stogdill analyzed data and findings from over a hundred leadership related studies
• He found there wasn’t much agreement on the key traits.
• He argued that if all the findings were combined, the list became too long to be useful as a guide for selecting
future leaders.
• He propose the following traits in an effective leader;
MENTORSHIP- Pair emerging leaders with experienced mentors who can guide them, share
their insights, and offer feedback on their progress. Mentorship helps them learn from real
world experiences and build confidence.
