What is User
Experience(UX)
User Experience refers to the
feeling users experience when
using a product, application,
system or service.
It is a broad term that can cover
anything from how well the user
can navigate the product, how
easy it is to use, how relevant the
content displayed is etc.
What is User
Experience(UX)
User experience (UX) is made
of all the interactions a user
has with a product or service. It is
the personal, internal experience
customers go through when using
a product’s interface.
An Example
If we purchase a product from a
website which is too slow, not
attractive, payment process is
slow, it is a bad UX.
On the otherhand, if the website is
fast, attractive, it is a good UX.
Good UX can attract more and
more customers where as
customers will move away from
the website having bad UX.
Factors that Influence User
Experience(UX)
UX includes
Ease of use: How easy it is to use the
product
Utility: How useful the product is
Efficiency: How efficient the product is
Relevance: How relevant the content
is
Accessibility: How accessible the
product is for people of all abilities
Credibility: How trustworthy the
product is
Satisfaction: How enjoyable and
efficient the product is

creating products with the
customer in mind.
It involves studying the
customer, their needs, and
their feedback.
It involves combining the
services of multiple
disciplines, including
engineering, marketing, and

use for the end user.
UX designers focus on the
interaction between the user and
the product, making sure it's
efficient and seamless.
What UX Designers do?
Conduct user research to understand
how users interact with technology
Create wireframes and prototypes to
test the structure and functionality of
the product
Collaborate with stakeholders, UI
designers, and developers
Perform user testing to identify
problems and validate design decisions
Use design thinking to find and test
creative solutions to practical problems

to use and have familiar features

usable by everyone, including people

attractive and consistent aesthetics
