● Mark "12 Reasons why", "Fundamentals" and "Goals/WhyMBA" as
"In progress"
● Check "School Research started"
Meeting 2: Before Meeting
Client
● Develop Fundamentals, Goals/WnyMBA
● Starts Module 3 “School research“
● Starts Module 5 “LOR Strategy”. Reads Best Practices guide only.
Meeting 2: During Meeting
Consultant + Client
● Go over school selection and school research. Identify safety
schools.
● Complete any work from meeting 1.
● Determine recommenders (record this part of the call).
● Review and build app map.
Meeting 2: After Meeting
Consultant

1. In Classroom: Post Message #3 in Stream


2. In Smartsheet:
a. Update "12 Reasons Why", "Fundamentals" and "Goals/Why MBA" to
"Finished" if the case. (Ana will get an Smartsheet automated email to know
client is ready to start CV)
b. Check "Networking started"
c. Mark "LOR Status" as "Ready to start"
d. Nahuel will get an automated email and take it from there
Meeting 3: Before Meeting
Client:
● Starts Module 4 "CV Work" with Ana separately.
● Starts Module 5 “LOR Strategy” with Nahuel separately.
● Completes Module 6 “Networking“
● Reads through documents in Module 7 “Essay writing“

Consultant:
● Classroom: Add Templates of schools of choice to "Essay Writing"
Module.
Meeting 3: During Meeting
Consultant + Client

Review:
● Application map and finalize it
● Who candidate spoke to/plan to speak to for networking. This can
be done in tandem with essay writing
● Pending work
● Build essay outlines for one chosen school.
● Schedule deadline for drafts.
Meeting 3. After Meeting
Consultant:

1. In Classroom: Post Message #4 in Stream


2. In Smartsheet:
● Check "Essay writing process started" if started
● Complete Schools choices, Status and Deadlines for each school
Meeting 4
Client:
● Candidate has progressed far enough with first essay or needs to
move forward due to deadlines, tell them to build outline for second
essay on their own.
● Candidate has filled in outline for school 2
● Repeat steps from meeting 3 for following schools

Consultant:

1. In Smartsheet: Update School choices and Status
