PRODUCT
SPECIFICATION
The Innovating Waste Management Solution for
Automated Garbage Segregation will focus on the
automatic process waste into separate compartments for
biodegradable, recyclable. The system uses sensors to
detect the type of waste using microcontroller-based
control system, serving as the system’s brain, this
technology makes waste management easier, faster, and
more environmentally friendly.

DESIGN AND
IMPLEMENTATION
CONSTRAINTS
This project is simply made with hardware and
software in developing the system. The system can
detect the type of waste within the range of IR
sensor and measured its weight, and identify
harmful substances.

REQUIREMENTS
SPECIFICATION
In this process, different information and data that help
by the researchers to proposed this study were
collected. The researchers gathered all references from
the internet and textbook from the pioneering batch and
the ahead batch of ours to support the study and to
make the study successful. The information that will
gathered used to analyze the target outcome of the
project.

Result and
An evaluation of 30 end-users on the Innovating Waste Management Solution for the Automated Segregation
Discussion
System showed strong satisfaction in three areas: functionality, design, and efficiency. In terms of functionality,
60% (18 users) strongly agreed that the system works well, and the same percentage felt the system sorts waste
effectively. Regarding ease of use, 70% (21 users) found it user-friendly. For waste collection, 60% (18 users)
agreed it is organized properly. The system's accuracy in sorting waste received strong approval from 60% (18
users), and 66.7% (20 users) liked the real-time monitoring feature. Additionally, 73.3% (22 users) found the
automation dependable. For design, 83.3% (25 users) said the system looks good and is simple to understand,
while 76.7% (23 users) appreciated its straightforwardness. Durability got support from 43.3% (13 users) who said
it is strong, and 76.7% (23 users) liked its eco-friendly features. In efficiency, 43.3% (13 users) strongly agreed that
the system sorts waste accurately. Improved efficiency and a positive impact on the environment were noted by
60% (18 users) and 70% (21 users), respectively. Overall, the evaluation shows that users are very satisfied,
