1.Open your browser and go to
drive.google.com
2.Sign in or Create an account
3.On the left-hand side of My
Drive page, click
New>More>Google Forms
4.You will be taken to Google
Form’s Interference
5.You will now fi ll out the form
with questions

• SHARE LINK VIA - Allow you to

Plus and twitter.
• SEND FROM VIA EMAIL -allow you
to share via email
• ADD COLLABORITORS - Allow
other user to edit the form.

1.Click on Responses>Summary
Of Responces.
2.You wiil be taken to Summary
of Responces Page
3.To use the data collected you
can click on View Responces.
4.You can choose if you want to
put the responces to another
google sheet.
5.Once you click, Create you will
be transported to Google Sheet

exporting it to microsoft exel.
Click FILE>DOWNLOAD
AS>MICROSOFT EXEL.
• You can also add a built in
chart by clicking
INSERT>CHART.
