Formation

of the
Solar
System
By Wildan, Adrian, Allan, Oliver and
Ryan
A nebula and what it
contains

Nebulae are composed of dust and gases, the

majority of which are hydrogen and helium. The dust
and gases in a nebula are widely dispersed, yet
gravity can gradually bring clumps of dust and gas
together.
How the sun is
formed?
It must fall by at least a factor of several million in order to produce a star. As
this clump of gas begins to collapse to form a star, it experiences angular
motion and spins, with the spinning becoming faster and faster as the
collapse progresses. A protostar is a star that is in the process of forming. It
possesses a fast-spinning equatorial disk, which is a band of materials
surrounding the primary star body. This pulls matter and materials inward
toward the center star.
