GOOGLE FORM SHARING THE FOLLOWONG INFORMATION • 1) NAME • 2) Father’s Name 3) Registration Number 4) UID 5) CLASS • 6) PHONE NO • 7) Email id • 8) TOPIC OF RESEARCH • A Supervisor will be allotted to each student and a report has to be prepared and submitted at the end of Second semester (First Year) and Fourth semester (Second Year) according to the steps Modified Guidelines mentioned below. for PG Research Dissertation/Report as per NEP • Evaluation of the submitted report at the end of Second Semester (First Year) will be done by a committee comprising of HOD/Department In- charge, at least one internal expert (from same college) and supervisor. Evaluation of internal marks (25 percent) will be done by the supervisor and the remaining (75 percent) will be done by HOD/Department In-charge, internal expert and supervisor based on viva and/or presentation. • Evaluation of the submitted report for the PG students of Fourth semester (Second Year) will be done by an external examiner (subject teacher not from the same college). • (a) The softcopy of the Project report/Dissertation (pdf format) of each PG student will be uploaded online by the college authorities through the college login. • (b) All Project reports/Dissertations have to be typed in Times New Roman @ont size 12) or Krutidev/ Mangal (Font size 14) with 1.5 line spacing. The Project report/ Dissertation should have minimum of 20 pages and maximum of 50 pages. • The size of the softcopy of the same in pdf format should be limited to 2.5 MB. All reports must be typed, scanned copies of handwritten reports are not permitted. • The final marks for the PG Dissertation/Research will comprise of report evaluation by external examiner (50%), internal supervisor ( 25%) and viva/presentation (25%). The committee for viva/presentation shall comprise of the external examiner (to be provided by University), HOD/Department in-charge and supervisor. The viva/presentation maybe conducted in online or offline mode. • c) The Project report/Dissertation must be checked for plagiarism before uploading and the plagiarism report duly signed by the candidate and supervisor (pdf file of the scanned document) must be submitted along with the Project report/Dissertation.
