ETHICS
Ethics refers to the standards for morally right and wrong conduct in
business.
Law partially defines the conduct, but “legal” and “ethical” aren't
necessarily the same. Ethics enhances the law by outlining acceptable
behaviors beyond government control.
Ethics tells us the way to act in a certain situation not just to achieve a
particular objective but considering everything around us.

or its customers.

except when disclosure is authorized by the General Counsel or Vice
President, Legal, or required by law or regulations. Confidential
information includes all nonpublic information that, if disclosed, might
