Vocalización (5 minutos)
• Vocal Sounds: a, e, i, o, u
Pronounce each vowel clearly and with intention.
Explore different tones, volumes, and rhythms as you
repeat them.
• Onomatopoeias: auch, ay, uf, ah!
Express each sound physically and vocally.
• Silences
Pause completely. Be present in the silence. Listen to
the space and your surroundings without speaking or
moving.
• Repeat Phrases
“Uhm, delicioso”, “Qué calor!!, Qué frío!!”, “Mira qué
bonito!”, “¡Que nadie me detenga!”, “¡Cuídate, amigo!”
• Collective Scream
As a group, build energy and release it together in a
loud, unified scream.
Desplazamiento
s
• Walk in a straight line
Move forward in a clean, controlled straight line. Focus
on posture and direction.
• Zigzag
Change direction continuously while walking, creating a
zigzag pattern. Keep your body loose and reactive.
• Limping
Walk as if one leg is injured. Explore imbalance and how
your weight shifts.
• Hunched over
Curve your back and drop your shoulders forward. Move
as if your spine is heavy or stiff.
• Blind eye
Cover or close one eye. Walk carefully, responding to
the altered perception.
• Jumping
Move by jumping instead of walking. Play with height,
rhythm, and space.
Saludos
1. Walk and greet
Walk around the space. Each time you pass
someone, greet them with a gesture, a smile, or a
word. Vary the energy and style of each greeting.
2. Walk against the wind
Imagine strong wind pushing against you. Resist it
with your whole body—lean forward, use effort in
your steps, and let your arms react naturally.
3. Walk in the rain
Picture walking in the rain—light or heavy. Maybe
you shiver, protect your head, or jump over
puddles. Let your body react to the feeling of being
wet.
4. Walk through the desert (into an oasis)
Move as if under the hot sun—tired, slow, and
thirsty. Let your body show exhaustion. Then,
imagine finding an oasis. React with relief and joy
in your movements.
