INTRODUCTION

• Blood is the most precious gift that anyone can give to another
person – the gift of life.

• We have between 4 and 6 liters of blood in our adult bodies depending


on size. Millions of people will need blood this year.

• The availability of blood can lead to critical situations for patients . To


overcome these problem , we reduces the time consuming ,increasing
accuracy and makes the website more user friendly .
ABSTRACT
• The objective of this application is to developing an online Blood
Donation Information.
• The Blood Donation Agent is to create an e-formation about the donor
and organization.

• This system is used for maintaining whole information about donors,


receivers.

needs and different blood groups available in blood banks.

in the website . Through the website, we enlarge the features
using chatbot so that reducing the complications.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

• Some Recipients are severely affected by the need for blood at


particular time. So many patients are suffering in many Places.

• In this project we are try to solve the Problem.


Existing System

• Online Blood Bank Systems are used to provide blood to the Recipients
by the Donors.

• The website provides Easy Access to blood for needs from anywhere,
anytime easily.

• The common modules are present in the existing blood bank system for
registrations and direct communication between donors and recipient.
Proposed System

• Using Chatbot , it helps user in a very friendly manner . Chatbots


can solve customer concerns and queries . Their 24/7 access
enables customers to use them regardless of time or time zone .

• Adding nearby donor features to help recipient to easy access


of blood , sending a notification to all nearby donors about
blood request .

• To overcome that data security issues , access permission is only


given to Hospital admin and users.

• Many websites that shows result about donors within a particular


given district that causes low accuracy . To overcome this issue ,
we are going to implement location that shows result about donors
within some particular area for the speedy access of blood from
nearby donors.

created for them which is associated with their user name and password.

which he has to fill his details.

They analyze the input they receive, process it according to their
programming, and then generate a response. They can use predefined rules
or machine learning algorithms to improve their responses over
time.Advantages:24/7 Availability: Chatbots can provide instant responses
to users, regardless of the time of day.
• Area Wise Search (NearBy Donors)
Determine the criteria for defining "nearby" donors. This could be based
on distance from the requester, such as within a certain radius or in the same city or

Send notifications to the identified nearby donors. Notifications can be
sent via email, SMS, or push notifications through the app, depending on the

This website is efficient in maintaining donor’s details and also
reduces the work load of the blood bank management

Using this website, Hospitals , Patients and blood donors will be


able to easily obtain a range of functions
And access a large amount of informations , thereby facilitating
and speeding up blood donation.

In future, this system can launch web site for easy online blood
banking system.
