and contribute to their community.'Mental health, is
defined by Grisslo & Rice (2021) as not just absence of
disease but a state of complete self-awareness and
personal wellness in tandem with the environment.
• Mental health is more than just the absence of illness
but a state of self-consciousness that brings peace and
harmony with your surrounding environment.
