. The purpose of professional development is to improve knowledge and skills in order to facilitate
individual, school-wide and district – wide improvement. Educators face continuously increasing
requirements from federal and state mandates.
Personal Goals and Future
Goals
To increase the percentage of active job openings filled during the expected deadline from
45% to 55% in 2021.

To better retain our existing talent and save on the costs associated with new hires, you
want to increase our current annual retention rate of 45% to 65% by 2021.

To increase the percentage of employees who exhibit higher engagement levels from 40%
to 50% in 2021.

Increase the percentage of workers who express we have a positive work environment
from 75% in 2020 to 80% in 2021.
Goals for 12 Month Period

• Develop more confidence to work with teams.


• Listen actively.
• Have professional development as a supervisor to have opportunity to
become an experienced manager.
• Do not be afraid for future challenges.
• Improve body language.
• Get Along with co-workers.
