INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0
• First, Second and Third industrial Revolution
which referred as to IR 1.0, IR 2.0. IR 3.0

20XX presentation title 27

According to Schwab, he
described an industrial revolution
as the appearance of “new
technologies and novel ways of
perceiving the world that trigger
a profound change in economic
and social structures.”

sector to all the changes brought
about by IR 4.0(it is a computer
connected to computers. It is the
internet of things or LoT or artificial
intelligence).Schools have no choice
but to respond to the dramatic
changes brought about by IR 4.0 if
they have to be relevant.
20XX presentation title 29
Here are some statistics
school should be relevant

50 years can now be outperformed
by machines.
2.66% of children who entered in 2018
will work a job that have not been

outcomes that focused on the
development of the 10 skills for
success in IR 4.0
20XX presentation title 32
Course content must
necessarily, purposely include
or integrate these 10 skills.
They must be taught to
welcome machines and other

EDUCATION DURING THE
PANDEMIC
• In the sphere of education, many of the measures that region’s countries have adopted
in response to the crisis. Despite the added challenges of the pandemic, it is imperative
for education to continue. Education has a stabilizing effect on learners in times of
emergencies. This sudden shift has resulted to problems especially learners without
access to technology. When online learning modality is used as a result of the
pandemic, the gap between those who have connectivity and those without widened.

 Flexible learning emerged as an option for online learning , it focuses on students

choice in the pace, place and mode of learning.
 The curriculum encompasses the recommended written, taught or implemented,
assessed and learned curriculum. Adjustment on the types of assessment measures is
major factor during the pandemic.
