Introduction To Infosys

Infosys Technologies Ltd. was started in 1981 by N R Narayan Murthy. Today, It is a global leader in the "next generation" of IT and consulting. Infosys serves the client globally and is one of the pioneers in strategic offshore outsourcing of software services. Infosys was the first Indian company to be listed in the NASDAQ stock exchange and also it earned the highest level of certification, CMM level 5.

Employee could pursue their interest in area such as sports, arts, culture, etc. The concept of leadership development very well implanted by Infosys, now a day's other company i.e.IBM,Microsoft, TCS & etc. will follow this type to achieve appropriate target set by the management.

Conclusion

Narayan Murthy is a visionary who applied his leadership skills to build one of the biggest IT companies in India. Infosys Stress on Building and maintaining relationships.
So, we can conclude that Infosys implemented recruitment strategy, leadership development strategy, for this they applied several training program, institute & facilities to fulfil the global leader demand.
