Salient features
The application starts automatically with the system startup. No need to start application manually every day.
The login tracker keeps the track of the time (productive as well as non productive) spent on the machine. It consists of login time is the machine start time. It automatically captures the login credentials of the user and start

applications with the users credentials. Login duration is the total login time spent by the user on the machine. It is the duration between the system start time and system shutdown. If radio button breather or lunch break is selected then the user need to lock the system and the duration would be taken in account of lunch and breather options. If the system is lying idle for 1 minutes and option production or is selected then the application shall automatically lock the system and starts capturing time against breather or lunch. TOS (Time On System) is the productive time spent by user on system. It doesnt includes the breather, lunch time, Concall, training and Team Meeting.

Time Tracker is a simple tool to keep track of the time you spend on any task. Where does the time go? Whether you need to know for billing purposes or just want a better idea of how your work day is split up, you can always answer that question with a good timetracking application. One of the major uses of timesheets in a project management environment is comparing planned costs versus actual costs,as well as measuring employee performance, and identifying problematic tasks. This knowledge can drive corporate strategy as users stop performing or reassign unprofitable work

There are two ways a user can fill time sheets:


Manually through the timesheet module. Automatically through the IN/OUT time clock module. Once a time sheet is filled, the user can send an approval request to

his/her project manager vi a the email notification system. Then, the project manager can approve or reject the time sheet. Once time sheets are approved, project managers can see how much time each employee has spent on each project. For your convenience, time can be entered in hh:mm or using decimals.

Punch in and out while working on a specific tasks. The time elapsed is auto-recorded in the user's time sheet. Feature Description In/Out module is a time clock that is used to fill out time sheets automatically. Basically, users punch in when they start working on a task and punch out when they are finished. The time that elapsed during that period is computed as "Actual Hours" on the corresponding task and gets automatically recorded in the user's time sheet. This time entry mode is secure and accurate, as it records the real time the user spent on the task without any possibility to edit the time entry. Furthermore, there is no need to submit In/Out hours for approval, which makes this time entry mode a great time-saver. All time entered using the In/Out module can be tracked in time reports.

Fill out time sheets and submit them for approval. Once approved, time entries cannot be edited, for better control. Feature Description The time approval module enables users to submit their time sheets for approval and have another user (with the proper access rights) approve or reject them. Since hours cannot be edited once approved, the time approval module maximizes control over time sheet integrity and accuracy. Both time entered manually and automatically can be submitted for approval.

Time Report
Track time sheets in table-based reports, which can also be exported to Excel, for integration with third-party systems. Feature Description Time reports are table-based reports that provide the detailed work hours entered by hours in time sheets or using the time clock. Ace Project offers time reports at 3 levels: in the "My Office" section, at the project level and at the portfolio level, with different views available for each. Time reports can be exported to Excel or CSV, which empowers thirdparty integration with payroll or accounting systems, for instance.
