Fall in love with programming when I was twelve and wrote games for my ZX Spectrum. Very soon started to build commercially software products as a developer, but realized that teams of people can do much more cool stuff then one professional.
Since 2007 I lead and empower talented software engineering teams to create great products. Managed both big-sized 100+ people project teams and micro teams, worked in a heavy-regulated corporate environments and leaner programmer anarchy, with teams distributed to several locations across 3 time zones, and with big friendly swarms sitting together.
